COURSE OBJECTIVE

Almost all major industrial installations are vulnerable to hazardous Environments. The pace of development obviates the increase in industrial activity thus increase in hazardous scenarios. These hazards have significant potential to impact mankind and the environment to a large extent. Triggers of these hazardous scenarios can take place in any industrial activity or natural calamity. Electrical faults are the major contributors for igniting the crisis in hazardous environments. Although natural calamities are often beyond our control yet we can have appropriate protection gear to minimise their severities. Also, we must have enough preparedness to tackle hazardous scenarios through effective ‘Emergency Response Planning’.
