Electrical machinery/equipment and system shall be operated & maintained properly and protected from all possible abnormalities to ensure uninterrupted power supply. However, in critically loaded power system, proper and adequate maintenance is difficult. With the use of condition monitoring technique, optimization of maintenance is now possible. Moreover, the use of conditional monitoring allows maintenance to be scheduled, or other actions to be taken to avoid the consequences of failure, before the failure occurs. In today's competitive environment, performance improvement is one of major business requirement. This training program aims to cover all the major aspects of electrical activities commonly found in the industry.
