RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Purpose
This Return and Refund Policy supersedes all prior policies and applies to products and services provided by Learners & Winners Training & Consultancy Private Limited (L&W). Its aim is to ensure fair treatment of customers while maintaining clarity and efficiency in managing returns and refunds.

Scope
This policy is applicable to:

1. Products: Digital and physical products sold via www.lwtcpl.com.

2. Services: Training, consulting, audits, assessments, and related professional engagements.

General Terms

1. Acknowledgement: By purchasing products or engaging L&W's services, stakeholders agree to the terms of this Return and Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility: Requests for returns or refunds must be submitted in writing and adhere to the conditions and timelines specified herein.

3. Processing Timeline: Approved refunds and returns are processed within 14 business days of approval.

4. Exclusions:

  • Products/services explicitly marked as non-returnable or non-refundable.

  • Force majeure situations, such as natural disasters, strikes, or regulatory actions.

  • Refunds for minor dissatisfaction or subjective preferences unrelated to the quality or delivery of the product or service.

 

Refund Policy for Products

1. Digital Products:

  • Refunds are not applicable after access to the product is granted.

  • Refund requests for unaccessed products must be raised within 48 hours of purchase, supported by proof of inaccessibility.

2. Physical Products:

  • Returns and replacements are accepted for defective or damaged products only.

  • Requests must be initiated within 7 days of receipt, supported by photos, videos, or other evidence.

  • Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by the invoice.

 

Return and Refund Policy for Services

1. Training Services:

  • Customer cancellations:

    • 15+ days before the session: Full refund minus 10% administrative fees.

    • 7–15 days before the session: 50% refund.

    • Less than 7 days before the session: No refund.

  • L&W cancellations: Customers can opt for a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

2. Consulting and Professional Services:

  • No refunds are available for services already delivered or in progress.

  • Cancellations before initiation will incur a 20% administrative fee.

3. Custom Projects:

  • Refunds are not available for work already delivered.

  • Mid-project cancellations will require payment proportional to completed deliverables as per contractual terms.

 

Force Majeure Policy
Refunds or returns may not apply to delays or cancellations caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters.

  • Pandemics.

  • Government-imposed restrictions.

Additional Conditions

1. Advance Payments: Any advance payments are considered non-refundable unless specified in the agreement.
2. Change Requests: Changes to services or products requested by the customer after initiation may result in additional charges and could impact refund eligibility.
3. Partial Refunds: For multi-session or phased projects, refunds will be calculated based on the portion completed and the remaining deliverables.
4. Customer Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate order details and expectations before confirming purchases or agreements.

  • Notify L&W immediately of any issues to enable timely resolution.

 

Dispute Resolution

  • L&W strives to resolve disputes amicably through internal channels.

  • If unresolved, disputes will adhere to arbitration and jurisdiction clauses outlined in the respective agreements.

L&W reserves the right to update this policy to reflect changes in business practices or regulatory requirements. Updates will be posted on www.lwtcpl.com and will take effect immediately upon publication.
