This Shipping Policy applies to all shipments, including physical products, training materials, reports for consulting, audit, and assessment services, invoices, quotations, documents, marketing materials, and any other items sent by Learners & Winners Training & Consultancy Private Limited to its stakeholders, both within India and internationally. Shipping charges and returns/refund policies are applicable only to products purchased from Learners & Winners.

 

Shipping Methods

 

  • We primarily utilize India Post Speed Post services to ensure secure and reliable delivery.

  • Services from other recognized courier or logistics providers may be utilized as deemed necessary or mutually agreed upon in writing with the concerned stakeholders.

  • The choice of shipping provider is determined based on delivery location, requirements, and efficiency.

 

Processing Time

 

  • Documents and products are processed for shipment within 2-3 business days after confirmation of the request or payment (if applicable).

  • Requests received on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

  • Stakeholders may request expedited processing where feasible, subject to additional fees and prior agreement.

 

Shipping Charges

 

  • Domestic Shipments: Charges are based on the total order or document weight and are displayed during checkout or at the time of invoicing.

  • International Shipments: Charges depend on weight, destination country, and applicable fees. These are communicated prior to dispatch.

  • Shipping charges are applicable only for products purchased from Learners & Winners.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges for international deliveries are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Delivery Timeframe

 

  • Domestic Shipments: Typically take 7-10 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • International Shipments: Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs procedures, generally ranging from 10-21 business days.

  • Delivery schedules are approximate and subject to delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseeable events.

 

Order Tracking

 

  • Tracking numbers are provided via email or SMS once the shipment is dispatched.

  • Recipients can track the shipment on the respective service provider’s website using the tracking number provided.

  • Learners & Winners cannot guarantee real-time tracking for certain regions or shipping methods but ensures full documentation is available upon request.

 

Shipping Restrictions

 

  • Documents and products cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for international deliveries.

  • Restricted items under local or international laws cannot be shipped to certain destinations.

Packaging and Handling

  • All documents and products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

  • For physical documents, tamper-evident packaging is used to ensure confidentiality and security.

  • Special handling requests must be communicated at the time of placing the shipment request.

 

Delayed or Lost Shipments

 

  • Stakeholders are advised to directly contact the shipping service provider (e.g., India Post) for any issues related to delays or lost packages using the provided tracking number.

  • Learners & Winners can assist with necessary documentation to support claims if required.

  • For critical or time-sensitive documents, alternate secure shipping options may be explored upon prior agreement.

 

Order Modifications or Cancellations

 

  • Shipment requests can be modified or cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, no changes or cancellations can be made.

  • Modifications to destination addresses after dispatch may incur additional charges and are subject to the policies of the service provider.

 

Returns and Refunds

 

  • Returns and refunds are applicable only for products purchased from Learners & Winners.

  • Shipping costs for documents are non-refundable.

  • In case of errors or damages caused during transit, please contact us immediately at the provided contact details.

 

Liability

 

  • Learners & Winners is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by the shipping service provider, customs delays, or force majeure events.

  • Any liability is limited to the value of the shipment as declared at the time of dispatch, where applicable.
