What training options do you offer?

We offer a variety of technical, behavioural and management training programs. As far as our technical training programs are concerned, we specialise in power, energy, safety, civil and mechanical subjects. Our behavioural and management training programs fit well in most industry sectors. Feel free to contact us for any further information on training options.

​How can Learners & Winners help me train my employees?

​We never believed in one size fits all. So, to maximise Returns on Investments (ROI) and to serve the purpose of training, we develop our programs as per niche requirement.

How do I register if I'm interested to attend your event?

​You shall email to info@lwtcpl.com expressing your interest to attend our event along with your name, contact number, email id and the event name you would like to join. Our sales team will get back to you as early as possible. Learners & Winners holds the right to ask you for your identity and age proof.

Where do the training activities take place?

​Depending on the type of course, training activities can be organised at strategic locations globally.

How much does the training cost?

​The costs vary depending on what type of training format you choose, what track/course you choose, the location you choose, and when you register & pay.

What are the modes of payment?

We accept either cash, cheque or electronic transfer. The payment terms vary as per training contract.

What is included in the training investment (or fee) at your open training programs?

​Training investment (or fee) includes luncheons, refreshments and a complete set of training material (if any). It does NOT include the cost of accommodation, travel and/or other itineraries required by the delegates (or participants). Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances, including no-shows on the day of the course.

What is your substitution policy?

You may send a replacement if you are unable to attend the event personally due to last-minute commitment at no extra charge. Please inform our operations team at least 2 working days before the event, new registration docket will be prepared and distributed to the replacement.

What is your cancellation policy?

​If Learners & Winners cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control such as acts of God, acts of war, speaker's ill faith, governmental emergencies, labour strikes or terrorism, Learners & Winners shall reschedule the event within the next six months from the cancelled date. Learners & Winners reserves the right to alter or modify speakers' line up and/ or topics if necessary. Any substitution or alterations will be updated on our web page.

Do you provide certifications?

Yes, we provide course completion certificates and merit certificates.

How do I get updates about your events?

You can stay informed about our events by subscribing to our newsletters. Periodically, we send newsletters to our subscribers about our upcoming events and other activities.

Do you offer placement service?

​We are a training and consultancy firm and do not offer any placement services.

Is the training program going to be presented in English?​

​Yes, the training program is presented in English.

How do I register for more than one person?​

​Feel free to write to us at info@lwtcpl.com in case you want to register for more than one person. Our sales team will get back to you as early as possible. Learners & Winners holds the right to ask all the participants for their identity and age proof.

​How will I know when my registration is confirmed?

You will receive communication from us regarding the confirmation of registration from us.

How soon before the training program starts can I register?​

​You can register until 2 days before your training program begins. We strongly recommend advance reservations to ensure that we can accommodate you. Learners & Winners holds the right to ask you for your identity and age proof.

What do I need to bring with me?​

It is recommended to bring pen and paper for notes. Learners & Winners holds the right to ask you for your identity and age proof; you can carry requisite proofs with you.

Can someone else attend with me?

​Yes, your colleague has to pre-register at least 2 days before the training program begins. Registration of your colleague shall be based on a space-available basis.

What are the age requirements for attending a training program?

Anyone above the 18 years of age wishing to attend must have a paid registration. Learners & Winners holds the right to ask you for your identity and age proof; you can carry requisite proofs with you.

What time does the training program start?

The programs usually begin at 9:00 AM and end at 5:30 PM. Yet we recommend to contact us for any confirmation of the time.

Where/Whom should I contact regarding payment and receipt?​

What should I wear?

Formal business attire is appropriate. Note: room temperatures may vary so you may want to dress in layers.

Are there any provisions for parking at the venue?

Since we do our training programs at hotel premises, it is at the hotel's discretion to provide requisite parking for your vehicle. However, vehicles are to be parked at the owner's risk. Learners & Winners and any of its employees are not liable about any damage, loss or theft of parts of the vehicles or the vehicle as a whole.

 

ASSESSMENT & CONSULTANCY

Will you execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)?

Gladly. We prefer to use a mutual NDA so that either party have their data, intellectual property and trade secrets protected. We encourage the execution of a mutual non-disclosure agreement prior to any project initiation.

Do you work with non-profit organizations?

​Yes. We deliver our services to clients that are small, mid-size or large-cap businesses, although we work with non-profits and associations. As long as we are a good fit in terms of skills and expertise we are happy to work with any legitimate organization.

​Can you send us samples of your work?

​We are unable to email you a sample because we sign the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with our clients.

​What is the fee for your service?

​Depending on the project and/or task, Learners & Winners charges a consulting fee on an hourly, daily or per-project basis.

  • For smaller analysis projects done at our facilities, the cost is based on the actual hours spent on the project. The project proposal will include an estimate of the maximum hours for budgeting and billing purposes.

  • If a project requires a visit to your facility, Learners & Winners usually applies a daily fee. For any project requiring travel, Learners & Winners will also bill for the actual costs incurred for related travel expenses.

Please note the following:

  • The exact fee will vary based on the expertise sought, the location of the consultant and other relevant factors. Our fee structure is in line with what you would expect to pay for similar professional services.

  • Regardless of the project, Learners & Winners will provide you with a written proposal outlining the costs. Work on the project can be initiated after your acceptance of the proposal and the issuance of a purchase order.

​What is your refund policy?

​Your payment is non-refundable. This is because by the time you have decided to hire us, we have already set aside time to work with you, and we may even have turned away other opportunities in order to provide you with the best possible experience.

 

​How do I communicate with the assessor/consultant?

​We recommend you communicate via e-mail with the consultant to further explain your needs and expected outcomes from our service.

 

Can the assessor/consultant be available for a follow-up visit?

​Availability of consultant for a follow-up visit vary as per the projects.

GROUP TUITION

When can I apply for classes?​

You can apply throughout the year.

 

How do I apply for classes?

​Students may apply for the batch by filling the required admission form (available at the local centre).

 

What is the admission procedure?

​Students have to fill up the admission form and submit it along with the requisite documents that include 1 photocopy each of the valid photo-identity and photo-address proof of the student and the last examination appeared by the student and 1 stamp or passport size coloured photograph by Hand at the local centre.

 

What is your teacher to student ratio?

​Usually, our teacher to student ratio is 1 teacher for every 9 students. However, in some cases, we have a ratio of 1 teacher for 1 student. Our small batch size enables our tutors to pay the required attention to all students.

 

What are the qualifications and experiences of your faculty?

​All our faculties are qualified and have the desired experience in teaching and mentoring students.

 

What is the success ratio of your students?

​Our guidance and teaching methodologies enable students to improve according to their capabilities.

 

What are the modes of payment?

​We accept only cash payment. All payments must be cleared in advance before commencement of any session.

 

​Are there any payment instalment options available?

​We do not have any instalment options available with us. All the payments must be cleared initially during admission.

 

​What is your refund policy?

​Fees once paid is non-refundable under any circumstances including change of residence, discontinuing studies, etc. Fees will neither be transferred to any other subject nor to any other student.

 

Can my ward any of your classes for trial or demo purposes? I/We may confirm his admission based on his reviews.

​Demo classes can only be arranged as per management's discretion.

Schools declare holidays during vacations (like those in summers) and on festive occasions. Do you have holidays on such occasions?

​Unfortunately, we do not give holidays during any such occasions. Instead, we inspire them to attend their sessions regularly, so that they are in a flow of their studies. This also compensates student's losses, due to any emergency leaves.
